Minimal Package Selection: This image is built with a minimal set of packages, emphasizing a streamlined and secure approach.

AWS Integration: It comes equipped with essential AWS components such as AWS CLI, Elastic Network Adapter, and NVMe drivers to ensure efficient AWS integration and performance optimization.

Red Hat Update Infrastructure: The software image is preconfigured with the Red Hat Update Infrastructure, allowing users to perform updates and package installations without requiring a Red Hat subscription. This helps minimize expenses associated with AWS-based RHEL instances.

Key-Based Authentication: The software relies on key-based authentication, employing the “ec2-user” username, a security best practice that enhances protection against unauthorized access.
