RedHat 7.9 Hardened (ENA Enabled)

This product is a modified version of open source software based on RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.4, intended for ARM/aarch64 architecture.
The primary purpose of this product is to provide a pre-configured, minimal RedHat Enterprise Linux 8.4 image for ARM/aarch64. It serves as a foundational system that can be used as a starting point for building and testing various applications.

To access the system, users should use the username ‘ec2-user’ and employ SSH public key authentication. Root login has been disabled for security reasons.

This product is integrated with the RedHat Update Infrastructure (RHUI) across all AWS regions. This integration allows users to install new RPM packages and receive updates without the need for a separate RedHat8 subscription.

Notably, this RedHat8 ARM image is optimized for running on the high-performance AWS Graviton and Graviton2 ARM processors.”
