Puppeteer on Ubuntu with GUI

This AMI provides the capability to launch Chromium along with the Puppeteer browser automation framework on a NodeJS Lambda function. Simply initiate this AMI, set up an IAM user for deployment, and execute the preset code. Achieve limitless scaling with Puppeteer through this serverless structure.

We present two deployment alternatives:

Deploy a streamlined Chromium version to Lambda’s standard NodeJS runtime, resulting in a cold start time of approximately 5 seconds. This includes slight modifications to the Puppeteer framework.
Deploy a fully-equipped Chromium using bespoke Docker images, leading to a cold start time of up to 40 seconds. This employs the original Puppeteer without any alterations
