approached us for a Solution to complement their continuous learning efforts which were
happening in a blended mode.
CHALLENGES
With a shift in learning efforts going completely
online, the client’s new-hire training and
continuous-learning efforts were happening in a
blended mode. The program required the
learners to practice both during instructor-led
and self-paced learning. The challenges were
- To ensure intended outcomes of learning, standardized across geographies and various cohorts.
- To create an alternate technology environment for hands-on practice that is on par with their working environment.
RESOLUTION
After multiple insightful discussions with the client understanding their needs and challenges, we
came up with a customized Virtual Labs solution which emulated an alternate technology
environment enabling their learners to practice the skills learned as well as provide a platform for
experimentation before working on real-time projects. The model also gave the client full control
over the environment, usage, and allocation on demand.
